UV Gel Sculpting Brushes
All Cnd UV gel-sculpting brushes are constructed with synthetic hairs (unlike natural sable-hair brushes created for other services- you cannot use them interchangeably!) The hairs of the sculpting brushes should only be cleaned by wiping on a lint-free pad lightly moistened with ScrubFresh.
Crystal Touch ™ UV Gel Brushes: Artist-quality sculpting brushes with synthetic hair and durable acrylic handles. Solvent-resistant and clean effortlessly with acetone, they allow for easy pick-up and correct mix ratio. They convert to a square edge when flattened for firm pressure and precise placement.
BRISA™ CRYSTAL TOUCH PETITE GEL EDGE BRUSH #6: Medium oval tapered brush head with a shorter handle for comfort and sculpting ease.
Preparing the Brisa Gel Brush Before beginning every gel service, it's important to prepare the brush for successful application. • Dip the brush into a small amount of Brisa Sculpting Gel. Place the brush onto a lint-free towel and work it back and forth, removing any air bubbles. Make sure the brush becomes fully saturated. • Once the brush has been prepared, it is important to ensure proper care and maintenance. • When not in use, keep the brush away from all UV light sources to prevent gel from curing or hardening in the hairs. This includes the UV gel lamp, true color lights, and especially sunlight through windows-the world's original source of UV! • If you work near a window, always store your brush in a drawer. • Do not pick cured gel out of the brush. Doing so will eventually cause the brush to fray and lose its shape. • Never immerse brush in any type of brush cleaner; simply wipe it clean after each service using a plastic-backed lint-free pad lightly moistened with ScrubFresh™.
